Preparation

Prior to preparation, puff pastry should be thawed to room temperature. On a floured surface, roll dough out to desired thickness. Prior to shaping, prick dough evenly with a fork. Place the prepared dough on a baking sheet and place in oven preheated to 200–220°C for the amount of time depending on the dish being prepared. Sweet puff pastries desserts can be decorated with puff pastry, and salty dishes served with cream or yogurt.
