The title of Croatia's most effective advertiser was rightfully taken by Ledo in the recently released results of the 2014 Effie Efficiency Index for Croatia. In the same index, Ledonardo was proclaimed the most effective brand.
We are particularly proud of the Ledonardo brand, as we decided to build it on something different and unconventional, and now we are absolutely certain that this was the right way to do it.
Ledo's success is also excellent at the European level. In the food category, Ledonardo took a high 6th place, right after brands such as McDonald's, Chumak, Domino's, Lay's, Inox and Carambar.
Ledo, as a company and advertiser, took a high 13th place at the European level (after Mondalez International, Unilever, Nestle, McDonald's, ETI, Danone, Ulker, Domino's Pizza, Frito Lay, PrJSK Chumak, Mars, Migros and Josef Manner &Comp AG), thus confirming our excellent business strategy and the know-how of our experts.
As an analysis of 40 global and national Effie competitions held around the world in the period from 14 June 2013 to 13 June 2014, the Effie Efficiency Index has recognised and ranked the most successful agencies, advertisers and brands, i.e. those whose marketing activities achieved the best market results in that one-year period.
The selection of Croatian agencies and advertisers on the global Effie Efficiency Index was based on the points obtained in the Croatian Effie competition, which was held in May 2014 as part of Croatia's most important marketing event – Communication Day.
We are particularly proud of these results, and are heading into another year with even more energy and creativity!
