MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as a single point of contact to relevant business stakeholders for all HR related matters
• Workforce planning and implementation of the plan in cooperation with business stakeholders
• Driving a successful season by supporting employment and providing a smooth onboarding process
• Implementation and development of Nomad Foods HR initiatives ensuring alignment with local business priorities and needs
• Develop and implement local learning and development plan aligned with the Adriatic cluster plan
• Conducting selection processes in cooperation with other HR departments, employment and selection agencies
• Ensuring all HR processes meet the legal, social, and corporate standards
• Responsibility and detailed management of the HR budget
• Responsibility for conducting relevant SOX controls
• Managing annual performance management process and a salary review process locally
• Managing organizational change processes in cooperation with business stakeholders
• Cooperation with business partners in the region and support the entire Adriatic HR team for tasks within the area of responsibility
• Work on understanding, applying, and living Nomad Foods values within the company

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• University degree
• Proven track record in managing HR processes (desirable in international company)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or business of Supply Chain
• Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent knowledge of the local language as well as English (oral and written) is required
